Due to the all year round appeal of the Peak District, we believe that pricing should remain the same regardless of school or bank holidays and so have simplified the process to offer one standard price all year round(*), with no additional charges for heating/ lighting or bed linen. ( Please be thoughtful with lighting and heating, and please note that towels are not included. )

Midweek Special Rates We are able to offer great deals for mid week breaks that will appeal to a wide range of people. If you are a family looking to arrange a holiday, re-union or party, or an organisation planning a residential course or corporate team building exercise, we are sure we can create a package to suit you. As well as offering competitive rates for larger groups, we can also offer a more bespoke service for smaller groups due to the unique layout of the barn. For up to 12 people, we can now offer mid-week breaks for 1 - 4 days, at a great saving on our normal rates for 24 guests.

To secure a booking a deposit of 30% is required and can be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
A security bond of £300 is also required and will be added to the final invoice (due 6 weeks prior to the date of booking) and returnable 48 hours after departure.
Check in is available from 4pm. If you are running late as you travel, do please try to keep us informed, so we can be sure to receive you and show you around the premises.
Please note we are happy to accommodate earlier arrivals from 2pm when possible.
The barn is designed to comfortably cater for a maximum of 24 people. Any group exceeding these numbers will result in the forfeiture of the bond.
Please do not bring any additional large-scale music equipment without our prior consent and we would ask you be considerate regarding late night noise levels with respect to the neighbouring farm and local residents.
