9 beautifully appointed bedrooms: Barn - Bedrooms consist of (first floor): a four poster king size & a double; (ground floor) 3 x family rooms each sleeping 4, a king size, a double. Cottage: 2 x king size.

Open plan kitchen/dining area with large farmhouse tables, a breakfast bar and plenty of seating. Includes 2 electric ovens, a large gas hob, microwave, 2 sinks, dishwasher, commercial fridge, freezer and plenty of pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
PLAYROOM
Large playroom adjacent to the holiday barn, with pool table, darts, table tennis, sofas, WC, and a pizza oven. Two sets of bi-fold doors lead out onto lawns, a covered terrace and wood burning hot tub (available to hire)
HOT TUB/TERRACE
Large wood burning hot tub available to hire, situated on a covered terrace. The hot tub will need some input in terms of lighting and maintaining, and will take a few hours to fully heat up. Hire charge is £350 including logs.
OUTSIDE
Two sunny lawned areas to the back and side of the barn, as well as stunning views out to Peter's Stone and Cressbrook Trail. Playroom with covered terrace and barbecue, with garden furniture and picnic benches.
PEAK DISTRICT HOLIDAY BARN
Set in the small hamlet of Wardlow Mires in the White Peak, the holiday barn is a lovingly restored 9 bedroom barn & cottage conversion catering for up to 24 people and offering the best in home comforts. With wonderful views out to the surrounding countryside, the barn offers the perfect venue for a laid back relaxing break for groups, exploring all that the Peak District National Park has to offer.
